The Cat Whisperer.com has been operating in Illinois, for the past 10 years, and was formerly servicing a celebrity clientele in Los Angeles, California, for 17 years. Cat training has been our specialty for 27 years. The owner worked with Ceasar Milan, the dog whisperer, while in Hollywood and has continued to learn, grow, and teach. The goal is to improve the lives of cats and their owners.
